Shipping and Delivery
Product lead time
After received your order, we will confirm the stock if available in warehouse. New production lead time is about 5 - 10 working days for the styles showing in our website and 10-15 working days for custom design.
Buyer Collect (below 50k pieces)
You can come to our office to pick up your paper straws with the corresponding company chop or showing our order confirmation document, the goods will be available from the address below,

Delivery Service (Optional)
We have appointed "SF Express" as our courier for the local delivery and delivery service fee will be collected by courier once your paper straws is arrived your address provided. Please refer to the official website www.sf-express.com for more courier service details. A signature/chop will be required as acknowledge receipt of the paper straws. The delivery service will cover two attempts for unanswered doorbell. For unanswered deliveries, the goods will be returned to our logistics warehouse and you will be contacted and offered two options of either collecting your goods at our Tsuen Wan office during office hours, or arrange another round of delivery at your expense.
All oversea buyer will require shipping service and the process will have further communication on individual delivery base on our agree pricing. We can deliver the goods to your forwarder/warehouse and prepare full set of shipping document or offer our LCL / FCL service, all process will be recorded by email.
Our prices on this website do not include international delivery cost, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Hong Kong may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance.

Business day refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays in Hong Kong
Delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and some areas in New Territories may take longer
We are unable to deliver to PO Box
Lost or Damaged Parcel
If you have any lost or missing goods from your order then please send email to email@example.com or call us at (852) 2156 1778 (Mon-Fri, 9:30am - 5:30pm).
If we confirm your paper straws to be damaged in transit, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Please send a range of photos of the damaged parcel/goods to the email address above and keep the damaged product for courier further inspection (within 3 days of the dispatch date). Please also refer to below "Return and Exchange Policy" for details on how to get pre-approval for return of damaged items.

Return Policy :
1. Reasons accepted for return/exchange products:
a. Defective products with prominent quality problems.
b. Wrongly-arranged products: Products are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered.
2. Reasons NOT accepted for return/exchange products:
a. We do not accept subjective reasons for returns : (Not good looking, changing mind, do not like the color and color difference.)
b. Products that are unpacked, washed and used
c. Discounted products
